I got this today for free!

I work in a bike shop and this guy comes in with Trek DS 2 from 2017 or something. The bike is pretty beaten up, lots of work - brakes, missing spokes, drivetrain worn out more than I have ever seen, just to name a few. After inspecting it I told the guy the materials and labour costs will exceed the value of a bike and for this price he can just pick a new one from the shop. Long story short - he did and I took the old bike as my project to give it a new life. The guy was thrilled to hear I will reuse his old bike and asked to send him pictures when I’m done. I’m quite pleased with today. :)
