Unhappy with birth experience

I had my first (only?) Baby in August and was pretty upset with how my labor/delivery/pp stay went. I had terrible labor with only back contractions and ended up having an emergency c under GA due to 2 failed epidurals and a bad reaction to cytotec. Baby came out healthy, but I ended up with pre-e and went on magnesium right after I had finally started to feel better from the anesthesia/intubation from the surgery.

I'm wondering, do more people feel their birth was traumatic if they had a c section v. if they had a vaginal delivery?

All things considered, I'm lucky because baby and I are both healthy and no (N)ICU stay, but I feel like everything sucked so much during a time a lot of people have said is magical or whatever. I feel robbed since I really doubt I'll have another baby and my experience was awful.
