Tell me we will survive our first sick season

Not looking for medical advice, only solidarity and tips.

Took our 10 month old to the ped 3x this week. Started with runny nose, then a wet cough, now wheezing. Pulse ox was 100 each time. Nursing well, but refusing his solids. Fever spikes only at night to 100, so meds all this week.

Meanwhile, his dad and I are still trying to fit in work during the week, and he’s waking up every 2 hours overnight.

I’m so tired. Is anyone else going through this? I feel so bad that I can’t help him (only electric nose sucker, humidifier, steam baths, Tylenol). Doc says to wait it out and not even test for anything, but I’m obviously worried since this is my first sick season with my LO.
