Bonsai Tree Man

Okay, I know I am not going crazy. There is a man who sells Bonsai trees all around the bay in a box truck/regular truck. 1. If you know what im talking about, where does he normally post up? Ive seen him off HWY 1 south of Half Moon Bay and I've seen him in San Jose. 2. If hes not the only one that sells them, where else can I get them?
