Is this a known issue?

For the longest time I couldn’t use the body washes (I have a weird skin condition) so I always used the bar soaps. This is my first time trying a moisturizing body wash. I’ve only been using it a little over a week and it’s like the foil wasn’t made to get wet.

Is this a known issue or a common thing to happen? The foil just comes off in little pieces on my hands every time I squeeze the tube.
