Vanilla noir application

Hi all, I am very new to this perfume/cologne thing and I recently got myself a vanilla noir after going to the physical shop to try the different scents out.

To Vanilla noir cologne users, how much do you usually spray and at which parts of your body do you spray? I am using it for school
