Theory on big bird and assistant

I think that Big Bird didn’t have the proper phone plan when she went on her vacation and while she was on vacation, her assistant was supposed to be off and big bird probably contacted her freaking out and taking everything out on her and I’m sure she just quit while Big Bird was on her trip and that’s why she said “processing” not having an assistant. I’m sure not having the proper phone plan probably meant she couldn’t upload stuff for content to write it off on taxes.
