Is the price fair?

Local pet-store wants $200 for him/her and said it’s a deal because normal price is $300. I looked at the owner and said “that much for a normal?” and they argued and said that it’s because of its size. I fell in love with the snake but still didn’t cave, what do you guys think? It’s living in the open exo terra right beside its head on the third picture and I felt awful leaving it there
