Duty free alcohol on arrival in DPS

I got very conflicting info about the possibility of buying duty free alcohol when arriving into DPS.

The official website of the duty shop states that they both got duty free shops in Departures and Arrivals, but when trying to buy something on their website I can only pick up in Departures.

Anyone can say with certainty if it's possible to buy duty free upon arrival?
