SEARCH FOR Surfer: Teen Confronts Fear

I've seen a few people on Letterboxd seemingly watch this without a screener so I was wondering if a file had dropped or something. This is my number one wanted good-bad movie besides the upcoming Breen. Appreciate ANY help.
