Severe pain from snapping scapula

I have had pain, grinding, snapping, and skin pain in both scapula for over a year and a half. My right is worse than my left, and there is minor winging. The pain has been debilitating for several months now and is getting worse. I have neck pain, migraine, occipital neuralgia, flank and rib pain from it. I have done everything from chiropractic care, dry needling, trigger point injections, PT, and acupuncture, and I’m on pain meds. My X-rays and MRI don’t show anything. I'm seeing an orthopedic on the 26th. My insurance wouldn't approve a visit a few months ago!! Has anyone had a similar situation, and what has been done to help?
