Ayaneo air 1s Bricked?

My Ayaneo air 1s just arrived and switched off in the middle of gaming and when I went to turn it back on it wouldnt even turn on even though it was at 55% charge. I noticed aswell that the anolog sticks don't glow red to indicate that it's charging so I don't know what to do. I've tried to to hard reset it by preesing the volume up and power button for 30 seconds and that doesn't work either.
