AWS Activate Portfolio request denied

I recently received a grant for $5000 credits through F6S with activate portfolio program.

I just received an email from AWS that my request to apply these credits to my account was denied. I checked every requirement listed in their FAQs and was given this reason:

During application processing, your application was reviewed and checked for additional internal requirements. These internal checks include, but are not limited to: 1. Functional public company website; 2. Valid billing and AWS account details; and 3. Consistent business information.

I have a marketing website and a valid payment method attached, and not sure what other inconsistent information they found that raised some flags.

I’m really saddened to see the email as these credits will make or break my startup. I am a solo founder and bootstrapping the whole thing. This would have kept me going but I’m not sure how long I’ll be able to survive without these credits.

Is there any way to contact the Activate team to get more details on this?

Please help.
