Apparently you can get entire districts to attack you in the first big city.

There's a dude being harassed in one of the districts, and if you defend him by attacking the guys, the whole district will come after you. Including a hard badass boss fight that'll appear. And if you talk to that same boss beforehand, he does warn you not to interfere with their dealings.

Pretty sick. The way people talk about the game you'd think this kinda stuff doesn't exist.
