I just keep zoning out*

Picture this: you're sitting in the class, listening to the teacher,* but then, you zone out for a solid minute. That just keeps happening to me, and idfk what to do. Whenever you look at me, you have a 50% chance of catching me being zoned out. Does anyone has the same problem?
