So am I diagnosed?

Are these "diagnostic impressions" a diagnosis? I went through 1 intake appointment, 3 lengthy testing appointments, filled out numerous assessments on my own time, and concluded with a fifth and final appointment.

The place I went to specializes in neuropsychological testing for children, adolescents, and adults, and they specifically note that autism spectrum disorder is one of the things they assess, so they're definitely qualified.

The question I'm asking is this: is this a diagnosis?

I guess I was expecting a paper that has a proclamation emblazoned upon it: "YOU HAVE BEEN DETERMINED TO POSSESS THE QUALITIES OF AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER AND THEREFORE WE HEREBY DIAGNOSE YOU WITH AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER AND IN ADDITION YOU HAVE ADHD"

I was not expecting the ADHD actually. But I was highly suspecting the ASD.
