Is it possible for a mildly autistic male to build muscle just like their peers?
Hi everyone, I'm curious to know if it's possible for someone with mild autism to build muscle at a similar rate and to the same extent as their neurotypical peers. I know that neurodevelopmental differences can affect things like social interactions and sensory processing, but I'm wondering if there are any unique challenges or advantages when it comes to muscle growth and fitness. l'd appreciate hearing from anyone with experience or insight into this-whether you're on the spectrum yourself or have experience supporting someone who is. Thanks in advance!
