Is how you dress different than most people? Is that an autism thing?

So, I have a battle jacket. I just always thought patch jackets were so cool looking, so over the last year or so I collected patches and made one. And I think it's awesome but I get weird stares / negative comments and the occasional compliment. But I was talking about this the other day with my partner and she pointed out that I dress very different than most people in this rural area. Like, I've never seen another battle jacket in this area. I just dress kind of like a 2000s skater beyond that, usually in a lot of black and gray. But she is right, I rarely see people that have my aesthetic around.

So, is it an autism thing that makes me different in how I dress? Do you dress differently than the average person.
