Whats your special interest(s)?

What ive noticed is my special interests almost always derive from a videogame mention, and then springs into the said subject not having to be associated with the video game anymore. My main special interest is mining, prospecting, and gold. Ive never met someone who is as passionate about mining as i am as it is so obscure and it is such a reoccurring theme in videogames (silent hill 2, minecraft, stardew valley, etc… almost ANY game has a mention of miners or mines… or any media for that matter) that it is so often overlooked, but i tend to freak out about it. Nobody shares this same excitement. Do any of you guys have special interests that dont really fit the common theme?
