How do you guys deal with wearing glasses??

My vision is not too bad, so I have to wear glasses only in class or to the movies and such, but I couldn't imagine wearing them more than that. How do you do it? I always feel the need to move them around and fix their position. Not to talk about if I want to wear headphones...
