Titan transformation question

I’m just sitting here rewatching and I’m on season 2 ep 30 “Historia” and I’m just wondering… do you think when Erin or anyone else changes that their hair/bodies are clean? is their hair super greasy?! Or do we think it’s clean

For the record I’m aware this is a ridiculous question but the scene above made me wonder
