[ Urgent Help] Migrate Atlassian App from Work Account to Personal Account

I recently published an app on the Atlassian Marketplace from my work email ID. I am planning on leaving the company in a few months but I am unsure about what happens to my app after my work email ID gets deleted. Is there a way I can retain ownership to my app after leaving my company or migrate my app from my work account to my personal account?
