Dog trainier/dog training programs?

Hi, looking for recs for a dog trainer in the area who possibly specializes in or just has a lot of experience with small/toy breeds. I know in theory, the training is the same no matter the dogs size. But most trainers close to me seem to be focused on working dogs, so it makes me leery.

Alternatively, if you have any direct experience with online-based training programs that worked well for you and your pup (again, for tiny dogs), I'm interested in that too.
