Are there guys in Latam obsessed with Asian women to an unhealthy degree or is it just a US/UK incel thing?

For reference, I don’t just mean a regular guy that’s like “yeah, I think they’re attractive”

I mean the kind of guy with an uncurable Hentai porn addiction that basically creams his pants at the sight of an average Asian girl.

The kind of guy that will go online and tirade for 30 minutes plus about how “western women suck” and how Asian women are so much better and how they’re all traditional and submissive.

Do these kinds of guys also exist in Latam or is it just a US/UK incel thing within the online community?

I never see these kinds of guys in person.
