International Driving License in Hungary?

Hello everyone!

I will be going to Budapest for 1 semester (Erasmus) that will last for 5 months. I am an Indian national currently studying Master's in Germany. I want to know if I can get a 4 Wheeler Car Driving license there that will be valid in EU, and can be used later to get a driving job in Europe (specifically Germany, when I will be back from Erasmus)

I have a driving license from India too, if that can help. I am ready to learn theory, take classes and give the driving test.

Also, if it is possible, which Driving school would you recommend, where I can find good English speaking teachers.
