Cancelling Warranty
I recently purchased a new Audi S5 in California and during the time I selected the Audi Care warranty which I have since emailed the dealership and cancelled. They have acknowledged the cancellation with a simple “yes we did”. I never received any formal paperwork or email besides just the dealership saying yes. However on my Ally Auto app it still doesn’t show a refund and it’s been 2 weeks. They told me that it takes up to 60 days but I’m worried since that’s so the limitation to cancel for new cars in California. They also said my account for Ally has not been established even though they mailed me account creation and I can see all my stuff on the app. Are they trying to drag it out so I can’t cancel or does it actually take that long? Is there smth else I am suppose to do? What about the extra interest accrued if it does truly take 60 days?
