PVC-40 DWV Pipe and Fittings on Drain Pump Doscharge

Is it acceptable to use the DWV PVC-40 for a 1.5" drain pump discharge? I have seen that DWV piping is not rated for "pressurized applications" but I have also had trouble finding pressurized pvc-40 pip and fittings.

The drain pump is for a basement utility sink. I am installing a 3/10 HP Zoeller M105 and it only has to "lift" the water about 5ft before gravity takes back over.

Any advice or input is appreciated!
