How to get rid of piles?

I am suffering from pain while pooping and cleaning. its taking me extra 15min to clean properly. i think i got piles and suffering from 20-25 days. i cannot feel any bumps there. may be slightly. i am not sure. i am drinking coconut water and butter milk. still suffering af. there is pain only when my hand goes there.

any suggestions please. it became near nightmare for me to go to bathroom.
