Product Manager jobs in Singapore

I'm a product manager with 2.5 years work experience at Microsoft India. I want to work in Singapore because of higher pay (to help support a family in India). Do I stand a chance? I have an engineering degree and Microsoft has in a way made it almost impossible to shift countries.
