[Hiring] Fantasy/Period Piece of Owner and Pet, Semi-Realistic or Anime Style.

Hello! I'm looking to commission a full-body digital art piece of my partner with their golden retriever. I'd love it if this could be done in a style reminiscent of Studio Ghibli or Your Name. Alternatively, I'd be very happy with a semi-realistic style.

He is a big fan of Southeast Asian period clothing, so I am envisioning him dressed in a fantasy-inspired Philippine warrior outfit (I have some reference art for this). I'd also like to have a vibrant evening sky as the background. As for the pose, I was thinking of having his dog in front of him as he stands at a semi-profile angle. I've gathered some reference art for that as well.

Budget is $300 CAD

This is going to be his Christmas gift, so it would need to be completed by no later than December 23rd.
