Looking for artist to draw my character in a Cuisineer-themed piece (budget is $65)

Hey everyone! I'm looking for an artist to draw my character in a Cuisineer-themed piece, wearing the outfit of the main character from the game. My budget is $65 and I only do PayPal or VGen.

I'm looking for a cartoonish-anime style—nothing hyperrealistic or too anime-like. Ideally, something that matches the Cuisineer art style. I don't need a fancy background and overall just want something simple in the back, can be some clouds or sky. Preferably I'm looking for something that is as chaotic and fun as this first in this post of the game art but not a total copy. I've also included another piece from the game for more references!

Also, I'm hoping to find an artist who is okay with waiting a bit— I typically get paid on Wednesdays so I’m making this post in advance to find someone to work with so it's not last minute. If you’re fine with waiting until Wednesday (EST), that would be great! Not asking anyone to start without payment, just wanna speak with someone about the project until then.
