Any way to see rejected awards?

I ets’d from active to a reserve component and my ETS award (which I could never see as a PAR on ipps-a) has never appeared on my profile. I know it’s just a ribbon and a few promotion points but I’m curious to if I’m able to access the PAR (should it even have been uploaded) to see where it puttered out.
