Worth while Certs?

Im 1/3 way through my Masters, I plan to burn up my a Grad Cert TA right after. What’s next, I probably have about 4 years till retire at that point, what certs should I take? I plan to get into Real Estate part time after I retire and looking for any related certifications or something that can transfer to any industry, I’m in the Intelligence field by trade.

No Compita recommendations since they’re free on base which I plan to renew up to Sec+ at my local Signal Uni.
