How to strengthen non dominant arm for arm wrestling?
Hello, I'm a left handed person trying to compete and get better with my right hand. I feel like my instincts are better with my right hand because I arm wrestle with it but it's also much weaker. In the gym my left arm on average does 10 pounds heavier in bicep and forearm lifts. It can also do 20 more reps than my right arm. I'm currently not over training my left arm, I'm actually training it a bit less than my right arm as to not further that gap even more. Do I just keep training until it becomes as strong as my left? Will it ever have the same amount of dexterity, feeling natural, strength, endurance as my left hand?
