Route 3 / Floods in Bahia Blanca

We plan to take the following route in the next few days - currently in puerto madryn and look to get to buenos Aires hy mid month march.

Now the question is if given the floods in bahia blanca we should consider changing the route and add a detour for safety?

Any Argentinian in the crowd that can recommend where to look to better understand which roads are closed?
