Looking to learn Isha's Song but can't speak the language, and I can't find phonetic lyrics anywhere

these might not be the exact lyrics, I've copied them from Genius in the "Chinese traditional" language option. I've seen the English translation and I think the song is beautiful, but I'd have no idea how to fit the English lyrics to the same tune!
