Is there anything unusual in my chart?

I feel like I always struggle with getting what I want where it is with relationships or work or other things in life. Like everything is going great, and I am close to achieving what I want, and then suddenly everything crashes and I am back to square 1. Especially I. My long term relationships, which both seem to be crashing after 5 years with no proposal.
