Audio delay

Hello, I have an issue with my audio on my Apple TV 4K. I have the Apple TV connected to my tv with an hdmi cable and the tv connected to my JBL 9.1 speakers with an hdmi cable. I’ve tried everything but there always a lot of audio delay.

When I connect the Apple TV to the speaker directly it works fine but the image is not good. And when I use airplay from the Apple TV to the speakers there is no delay but the audio is stereo and not Dolby Atmos.

I don’t know what else to do. I started using the Apple TV + app on my tv or PlayStation instead but I want to be using my Apple TV instead. Can anyone help me?
