Bed adhesion

Hey guys, recently got my kobra 2 neo and loving it so far!! After a few first successful prints I’ve started noticing a couple of areas of the bed where the filament isn’t sticking properly and lifts straight up after the head has moved away! I’ve cleaned the bed with IPA and tried a couple of different bed temps (60 & 80) but no joy. It is only in a couple of specific areas on the bed where it’s happening, also worth noting, when the head is running the first outline at that point on the bed it’s not a solid line, more like blobs with stringing between, unsure if that’s anything to do with it!!
