Skip after accidentally drinking too much? (Mitrazepin)

Hey guys, im in a pickle here and I really need quick help. I went out tonight and drank more than I realized, then once I went home the alcohol really hit me. I skipped on taking my meds 5 hours ago because I was so drunk and kept puking. I know I shouldn't have drank so much, pls believe me that this is not a regular occurrence. But now that Im sober and feeling better again, I can't fall asleep without my meds, but I'm also terrified of dying of any side effects if i take them lol (i also struggle with some compulsory health fears)

Can someone give me advice on whats the safest thing to do now? I'm really scared and could really use some quick help. I'm also terrified of feeling horrible tomorrow morning bc of the withdrawals.
