I want to make my own saturday morning block

How would I be able to make my own saturday morning block, I need help. My ideal block with be dc shows and anime, and my own originals. some would be pokemon, yu gi yo, dragonball z, batman and superman and spectacular spiderman and my own original and maybe some classic cartoons like scooby doo and the flinstones
