Issue with Amazon Order – Stuck in Limbo, Customer Service No Help

I need help with a frustrating issue regarding an Amazon order. On December 27, I purchased a car fridge, but Amazon never charged me for it, so the order was never shipped. The problem is, I can’t place a new order because the item now shows:
"This item cannot be shipped to your selected delivery location. Please choose a different delivery location."
To make things worse, the price has even dropped since I originally placed the order, but I still want it shipped at the price I locked in on December 27. The main issue is that I live in Colombia, and this fridge is impossible to get here—not even through freight forwarders, as they don’t allow shipping fridges.
I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, and the responses have been inconsistent and misleading. Some reps told me it would be shipped within 24-72 hours, while one even claimed that my card was being charged as we spoke (he asked for the last four digits and assured me it went through). Of course, nothing actually happened—no charge, no shipment.
Others have tried transferring me to a "specialized team," but it’s just another associate who either disappears or ignores the issue. It feels like I’m stuck in a loop with no resolution.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Any advice on how to escalate this properly? Appreciate any help!
