Pay Equity Class Action Lawsuit—Wilmith v. Amazon

Anyone heard about any L4-L8 employees joining the class in this suit and being terminated? They fired the name plaintiffs. So they added a retaliation claim. They were given the choice of either going on a PIP or leaving w/severance (per the complaint). But if you accept severance you release all claims, so you have to withdraw from the case.

I think joining would be risky because Amazon is notoriously stingy with severance. These employees were Directors before they were demoted I believe. Does anyone know of an Amazon employee who have joined the class? I’m curious to know what happened to them afterwards. Whether they were retaliated against.
