Echo Responds With Wicked-themed content; Wicked theme not installed nor applied nor removable

Whenever I try to thank Alexa, the echo responds with Wicked-themed content. I have never I stalled nor enabled the Wicked theme. When asking for the theme to be removed, I am told it is not applied. It is not present in the Skills section of my app.

It is infuriating to attempt to treat Alexa kindly and be advertised at in return.
