A level options help

As the title suggests I need help with my a level options I confirmed biology chemistry English lit and art However I’m now second guessing myself as I’ve heard English lit is hard af and that u shouldn’t even touch bio or chem if it has nothing to do with ur degree Now I’m not certain what I’d like to pursue in the career but I’d like a job which involves helping people like nursing or something to do with healthcare I got a 9-9 in science a 9 in English lit and a 9 in art but I’m just not sure whether I should change any of my options, as I was originally thinking of taking psychology instead of English lit, if you have advice please let me know!!
