Plot in Asia server

Hi guys, as a refiner/crafter u guys will usually encounter the name "jjjiii" cause hes the owner of most of the plot in every royal city and has a very high usage fee. So anyone know about this guy and why did he own so many plot? I cant barely find another plot owner in royal except him (sometimes I found carebearr)
