Cred app is scam

I got the 24/- service charges on cred to pay the electricity bill via credit card.

So i have paid the electricity bill of 1360/- from cred app using my credit card. During the payment it didn't shows the payment charges. But when i check the credit card statement i saw a additional 24/- INR was deducted which is service charge of that payment including 18% GST on it.

So, you pls check the service charge befor you use the credit card for payment.
