- Reply Rate = 1-5%
- Positive Reply Rate = 10-30%
KPIs
- Positive reply rate to meeting booked rate = 25-50%
- Close rate = 20%
If you don't hit these KPIs, go back to your drawing board and find the reason behind the issue.
It might be an infrastructure issue.
It might be a copy issue.
It might be an offer issue.
Test and refine the process until you hit the KPIs.
