Agency owners - are you pivoting to embrace AI? If so, what changes are you making?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been running a web design/dev agency for over a decade. We specialise in more complex projects—think SaaS products, integrations, and web applications—rather than straightforward WordPress-style marketing sites.

Recently, business has slowed, due in part to economic factors, but it's also glaringly obvious that AI is already changing the playing field.

For any agency owners out there, have you started shifting your approach to address AI trends? Either by integrating AI tools or workflows, or rethinking what services you’ll focus on to keep competitive? I’m interested to know if it’s changing your agency strategy or the types of clients you target. If you’ve started pivoting, what impact have you seen so far, or what are you anticipating in the future? Which areas are you focussing on and what do you think your agency will like in 3 years time?
