Will my mother's name affect my passport application?

Hello. I have a scheduled appointment with DFA bcos I am applying for a passport. But I have an issue, my mother's given name lacks 1 letter, I have submitted some documents to LCR for this matter way back 2022 and they said that it was all good and I just have to go to PSA and get a new copy of my BC. But when I finally got it, it's still the same! My mother's name is still not right! I am now getting frustrated bc I might not be able to get a passport bcos of this issue. To some folks here, have you encountered this same issue? Will my mother's given name really affect my passport application?
